Using this site
The content on this site — service pages, guides, and tools — is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate, but it isn't a contract or a quote. Landscape maintenance work is performed under written proposals and agreements between Greenhouse Landscaping & Maintenance Inc. and each client, which control over anything on this site.
The HOA Cost Calculator produces budgeting ranges built from published industry benchmarks — not our price list and not an offer. An actual number requires a property walkthrough and a written quote.

Our services
We provide landscape maintenance, irrigation repair and maintenance, slope maintenance and brush clearance, artificial turf installation, fencing and block walls, concrete and paver work, drainage installation, and landscape lighting for HOA communities and commercial properties. Scope, pricing, and scheduling for any job are set in a written proposal.
Text messaging (SMS) program terms
Greenhouse Landscaping & Maintenance Inc. sends transactional and informational text messages for landscaping service coordination — replies to your inquiry, quote follow-ups, and scheduling. We do not send marketing blasts.
- Opting in. You opt in by checking the consent box on one of our website forms, by asking us to text you when you call (714) 415-2315, or by texting that number first.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to any message and texts from us end. Reply HELP for help, or call (714) 415-2315.
- Frequency and cost. Message frequency will vary depending on your inquiry. Msg & data rates may apply per your mobile plan.
- Carriers. The program is supported on major U.S. carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we handle the information behind those texts — including that mobile opt-in data is never shared for marketing — is covered in our Privacy Policy.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from reliance on general site content — budgeting ranges, guides, and the like. Obligations for actual landscape work are defined in the written agreement covering that work.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by California law. If we change them, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated terms apply.
