What we collect

We only collect what you type into our forms or tell us directly:

Contact form: your name, phone number, and — if you include them — a property or community name and a message.
HOA Cost Calculator: if you request a walkthrough, your name, phone number, and community or property name(s). If you request the PDF budget summary, your name and email address. Both requests also send us the calculator inputs you selected (property type, acreage band, slopes, irrigation age, visit frequency) so we have context when we follow up.
Calls and texts: if you call or text (714) 415-2315, we see your phone number and whatever you share with us, the same as any business you phone.
Website chat: before a chat starts, your name, mobile phone number, and email address. During the chat, the messages you send and the replies you get, saved as a transcript along with the page you were on.

We also use basic website analytics to understand aggregate traffic — which pages get visited and roughly where visitors come from. Analytics data is not tied to your form submissions.

How we use it

For the work you asked about, and nothing else: responding to your inquiry, preparing quotes, scheduling walkthroughs and service visits, following up on a project you asked about in the website chat, and sending the PDF summary if you requested one. We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in — by checking the consent box on one of our forms, by asking us over the phone, or by texting us first — we may send you transactional and informational text messages about your inquiry: replies to your questions, quote follow-ups, and scheduling coordination. Message frequency will vary. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share information with

We share your information only with the service providers that make this site and our communications work, and only so they can do that job:

Our form-delivery provider, which relays your form submission to us by email.
The telephony provider that carries our calls and text messages (any text we send you necessarily passes through it).
Our website hosting provider, which serves the pages you visit.
A third-party AI provider that writes the website chat's replies. It receives your chat messages and first name to do that — not your phone number or email address.
The email service and inquiry log that deliver chat contact details and transcripts to our team.

Beyond that, we disclose information only if the law requires it — a subpoena, court order, or similar legal process.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and customer records as long as they're useful for serving you and for ordinary business record-keeping. If you'd like us to delete what we have on you, including a chat transcript, email mando@mrmando.ai or call (714) 415-2315 and we'll take care of it.
